Understanding how your clients will interact with your product is important so you can help them along their journey if need be.
At Gymflow our goal is to remove as much friction from your client purchase flow as possible, in order to increase the percentage of users that complete purchases and bookings on your site (often called conversions).
This flow is dependent on who the user is and falls into two categories:
New Users
Exiting Users
New User Purchase Flow
The workflow for a new user to make a purchase is under 60 seconds and optimised for mobile and desktop purchases.
User selects memberships or package, also agreeing the package terms.
User enters email and creates account, also agreeing the clubs waiver.
User adds payment method and completes purchase.
After completing the purchase the user will be re-directed to a page of your choice - see this article about best practices for re-directs.
Where enabled the user can use Apple or Google pay to add their card speeding up the process further!
Existing User Purchase Flow
The workflow for an existing user to make a purchase is less than 15 seconds and optimised for mobile and desktop purchases.
User selects memberships or package.
User confirms purchase at checkout on existing card.
If the user is not signed in, it will ask for their email and password after selecting an item. They can add additional payment methods at any time from the checkout.
