There are 4 options for online payments in Gymflow:
1) Credit/Debit Card
You can use this option to process a payment using the member’s saved card or by adding a new one.
2) Apple Pay & Google Pay
These options are only available on the website and in the member app. Staff cannot access them via the Staff Portal.
3) Link
Also only available on the website and in the member app. Not accessible from the Staff Portal.
4) Direct Debit
This option is turned off by default. If you'd like to use it, you’ll need to enable it first:
Head to Settings
Navigate to the Payment Methods tab
Toggle on the option to enable Direct Debit payments
Direct Debit payments is a new feature, and here are a few important things to bear in mind:
1) Direct Debit is a delayed payment method — it can take several days to process. When a payment is made via Direct Debit, it will appear with a "Processing" status during that time. If the payment is successful, the status will then update to "Paid". We give the customers the benefit of the doubt, and we make their memberships Active even if the payments is still being processed.
2) Currently, members can use Direct Debit only for recurring subscriptions.
3) Staff can use it for any type of payment.
