If your club offers trials or guest passes Gymflow offers a guest registration form to capture these users as new leads in your sales pipeline. It also collects an acknowledgement of your club's waiver if it's uploaded.

Your club's guest waiver (sometimes referred to as terms and conditions) needs to be uploaded to enable the use of it on the guest registration form. This form is used to get acknowledgement from any user on your club's terms before attending your club.

To do this navigate to Settings > Club and scroll to the bottom of the form to find the Club Waiver. Click the button below to upload your document. Documents can be in any format but PDF is recommended, and they must be under 2Mb in size. You can update this document at any time from the same location.
