If you want users who have an active membership to be able to access your Gym, you'll need to add the membership in question to your Kisi integration. Doing so ensures that all existing users who are currently on the membership and all new users who you sell the membership to in the future will be able to access the gym.
If you're having issues where some users cannot access the gym, make sure to check that the membership they're subscribed to has been added to Kisi using the instructions below.
Add, Remove or Edit Access Rights for a Membership
To add, remove or edit the access rights for a membership, follow these steps:
Go to Settings and select the Integrations tab.
Navigate to Kisi and click on Update Integration.
Choose Add New to give a new membership access.
Choose a new Access Group for any of the memberships that already have access.
Select the cross (X) icon next to any membership you want to revoke access for.
Choose Save to apply the changes immediately.
