Staff can create a password a password on behalf of a user or change an existing password at any time.
This is handy as sometimes a user may request a password reset and not receive the email due to it going to their spam or because they made a mistake typing in their email.
How to Change/Reset a User's Password
Search for the user in Gymflow and click on their profile
Click Edit in the account section of their profile
Enter the new password and then again to confirm it and click Save
