How do users spend their wallet balances?
1) If a user has an active recurring membership, invoices will automatically take the funds from the User Wallet first (until the balance is zero), and then from the default payment method.

How do staff use a User Wallet balance towards a purchase?
Staff can choose whether or not to use a User Wallet balance when processing a sale for a user. They can choose to use some or all of the User Wallet balance:
If a recurring membership is sold, staff can use the User Wallet balance toward the initial purchase. After that, the recurring membership invoices will automatically use funds from the User Wallet.
