Create A User Account

Setup a new user account in the staff web portal.

When you sell something to someone for the first time, or they purchase something via the website or mobile app, their account is automatically created as part of the process. You can separately create someone an account at any time from the Staff Web Portal.

How to create a user account:

To create a new user account in the Gymflow staff portal:

  1. From the navigation bar, click the user icon in the top right of the screen

  2. Complete the required fields

  3. Click Create

When you create a new user, they are automatically sent an email asking them to create a password for their account. After creating they can then log in to both customer web portal and the members mobile app.

When you create a new user from the Staff Portal they will have not yet agreed to your club’ s waiver, they will be required to agree the waive when they sign for the first time before they are able to book or access your club.
