To ensure your Stripe account with Gymflow remains active and your payments continue without interruptions, it’s important to keep your Stripe account in good standing. This article will guide you on how to do that.
Why Stripe May Request Information
Stripe may occasionally request additional information to verify your business or meet regulatory requirements. This can happen for several reasons:
Identity Verification: Stripe may ask for ID documents, business information, or address verification.
Business Verification: They may require details about your business type or activity.
Regulatory Compliance: Local laws may require Stripe to collect additional information for certain businesses.
IMPORTANT: If you do not keep your account compliant, payouts will be suspended until compliance is met. In some cases payments will also be suspended.
