To enable new features and streamline your payment management, you’ll need to switch from using your own Standard Stripe account to Gymflow’s platform account.
Important Changes After Switching
Payment Management: You will manage your Stripe account directly within Gymflow via Settings > Payments.
Refunds for Past Payments: Payments processed using your old account can only be refunded through your old Stripe account, not Gymflow.
Dispute Responses: Any dispute responses must be submitted via Gymflow (Settings > Payments).
Payout Timings: First payout will be slightly delayed before continuing to daily payouts, see payouts article for more information.
Dashboard Access: You will no longer have access to the Stripe dashboard or reporting, all report will be within Gymflow.
How to Switch Your Stripe Account
Step 1: Connect Your Account to Gymflow's Platform Account
Go to Settings > Payments in your Gymflow dashboard.
Click to add your information. A new page will open where you will need to sign in.
Use your existing Stripe account email to log in.
When prompted to create a new profile or use an existing one, select Use Existing.
💡 Tip: You may need to refresh your browser to see the updated Payments tab.
Step 2: Copy Existing Customers to the Platform Account
Sign in to your old Stripe account at Stripe Dashboard.
Navigate to the Customers page.
Click Copy and then Copy All Customers.
Enter the Account ID that matches your country:

Confirm the copy.
