You can customise certain elements of your members app to tailor the experience to suit your business. This ensures only the options you want show to your members to avoid confusion.

Changes automatically apply to your business profile in the Gymflow Members app and your branded app if you have one.

Customise The Home Screen

To customise your home screen and toggle on/off widgets for your club:

  1. Go to Settings > Members App > Home Page

  2. Toggle on/off the widgets you would like to see

  3. Drag them to re-order the order they display in

  4. Be to sure to click Save

Customise App Navigation

To customise your app navigation options:

  1. Go to Settings > Members App > Navigation Bar

  2. Toggle on/off the menu items you would like to see

  3. Be to sure to click Save

Customise Class Schedule Display Options

To customise your app navigation options:

  1. Go to Settings > Members App > Classes

  2. Choose the view you want to be the default

  3. Be to sure to click Save

List view is best for business that dont run classes every day, it ensures the customer always sees the next available class, rather than an empty date.
