Using Website Pages

Learn how to utilise website pages to sell or get bookings for your services.

Gymflow provides you with variety of pre-built website pages that are fully branded and ready to use out of the box.


You can use these pages to fast track your way to accepting bookings and payments online in a matter of minutes. To setup and start using your website pages follow these steps.

Customise Your Website Page Menu

Choose what options are displayed when people are browsing your website pages so they only see whats relevant to your business.

  1. Navigate to Settings and to the Website Tab

  2. Scroll down to the Page Menu Section

  3. Toggle On/Off what pages you would like to show on your navigation menu

Setup Your Home Page & Redirects

Ensure that people can find their way back to your site when navigating your webiste pages and that when they purchase/book they get advised on the next steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings and to the Website Tab

  2. Scroll down to the Page Menu Section

  3. Add your websites Home page URL

  4. Add a page to redirect users to after they complete their purchase or booking (optional)

Add Your Links To Your Website or Social Media Pages

Your website will typically have a "Join Now", "Sign Up" or "Book" button(s) shown in various places for your potential customers to take action.

To link these buttons to your Gymflow website pages simply:

  1. Navigate to Settings and to the Website Tab

  2. From the Links & Embeds section copy the relevant link

  3. Paste the link into the Button URL on your website builder or social media bio.
