Learn how to capture leads from different sources and maximise interest in your club.

Not all people interested in your club will purchase immediately, many of them will want to ask some questions, speak to someone or try out the club's services before making a financial commitment.

It's best practice to have a contact form on your website, typically shown after your membership options and information about your business. This is the last resort for potential customers, if what they have seen so far on your site hasn't convinced them to purchase they can reach out to you to learn more.

Automatic Lead Capture

Whenever someone creates an account in Gymflow a lead will always be created. This includes when someone creates an account using the members mobile app, or when they create an account as part of the online sign up process.

Their lead status will depend on what actions they take, if they complete a purchase their lead status will automaticlly be changed to "Deal Closed" and there is no action required.

If they do not make a purchase then they will have the status of "New Lead" and should be actioned.

Capture Leads With Website Forms

You can link or embed the "Contact Us" form to your website, social media accounts or any other online page.

Anyone that fills out the form will be immediately added to your Gymflow account with the status of "New Lead".

To get your link or embed code:

  1. Navigate to Settings and then to the Website tab

  2. Find the "Contact Us" area and click to copy link or copy code

Post this link in your social media bio, or link it to a button on your website, or embed it in a section on your website. To see more detailed instructions see the Website Integration section.

Manually Add A Lead

To manually add a lead to the system:

  1. Navigate to the Leads page

  2. Click + Add Lead

  3. Complete the form and click Create
