When users make certain actions in Gymflow––such as making an enquiry, buying a membership, or booking a class––you can be automatically notified by email.
To be receive a copy of an automated email, follow these steps:
Go to Marketing > Automations.
Find the email that you want to receive alerts for and ensure that is it enabled.
Select BCC, add your email address and then select Save.
You can also add multiple emails by separating the address with a comma, like so: "[email protected], [email protected]".
Please note: You must enable the email for users in order to receive a copy of the email yourself You cannot receive the email yourself without also sending it to your users.
