Gymflow automatically sends emails to your members when certain account activity happens, such as when they purchase a new membership, book a class, and much more.

You should consider how you want your user journey to flow when enabling or disabling these automated emails and what content you would like to include, particularly for frequently used emails like Membership Purchased.

Customising an Automated Email Template

To manage your automated emails, navigate to Marketing > Automations. Here you will find a list of pre-defined automations that you can enable or disable, depending on your preferences. You can learn more about when the automation is triggered by reading the description of each trigger.

Click Edit to change the content of the message you wish to send. This will enable you to make the email more personalised to your business. You can use the list of placeholders in the template to personalise the email to each user.

You can also insert pictures and links into the email body by clicking the P or L icons at the top of the email.

Click OK once you have finished editing in order to save the changes. Your changes will affect all future emails sent using this template.

Using BCC

If you would like anyone else to be alerted or included in the automation when it's sent, you can include their email as a BCC email. Your members won't be able to see this any email addresses you add as BCC's.

Creating new automation
