You can send emails to your users directly inside of Gymflow, either individually or in bulk.
Any emails you send are saved in the user's timeline, meaning you can review them at a later date, alongside other relevant account information.

Sending Individual Emails
To send an email to an individual gym member or lead:
Search for the user and open their profile
Select the envelope icon (in the top right corner of the screen)
Compose your email
Select Send
Sending Bulk Emails
When you want to send an email to multiple users, you can use Gymflow's powerful filters to select the appropriate users:
Go to the Users list
Apply the filters as needed (e.g. active memberships, new leads, etc)
Check the boxes of the users you want to email, or check the box at the top left to select all
Select Email in the top right
Compose your email
Select Send

By default, emails sent from Gymflow come from the [email protected] email address. It's possible to change this to be your club's own email address.
