For communication that requires a high read rate and that is critical in nature, either for updating members or promoting offers, SMS still has some of the highest read rates and is a great channel.
How To Send Bulk SMS to Users
Head to the Users page in Gymflow
Filter and Select the users you want to send to
Click the SMS button
Compose your message and press Send
Remember if your message is for marketing or promotional purposes then you should select "yes" to marketing. Messages will not be sent to users who have opted out.
How To Send Bulk SMS to Leads
Head to the Leads page in Gymflow
Switch to list view
Filter and Select the leads you want to send to
Click the SMS button
Compose your message and press Send
Understanding SMS Sent Messages
Gymflow will confirm when the SMS are sent successfully, but quite often there will be errors sending to some user. This is normal and nothing to worry about, all messages other than to those specified will have been sent.
There are typically either:
Invalid Phone Numbers
Missing Phone Numbers
Opted Out Users
Phone number is not in the same country
