By default, all email messages in Gymflow are sent from [email protected]. It's highly recommended to update this to your club's email to ensure you capture replies and clear lines of communication.
To change your club's email address:
Contact support and provide the email address and name you would like to use e.g [email protected] is the email, and Gymflow Support Team is the name.
You will receive an activation email to confirm your email address, please accept and let us know when you have completed it.
Our team will update your email and let you know when it's been switched over.
