When new users or leads are created in Gymflow they are assigned marketing subscription preferences for both email and SMS.
These settings determine wether or not the user will received marketing messages sent by the club at a later date.
In many countries, opt in must be explicit, meaning the user must choose to be opted in rather than automatically being opt in. But in may countries this is optional and so we have given you the option to set this for your club.
How to set opt in settings
These settings can only be set by a staff member with either owner or manager permission.
Head to Settings > Club in Gymflow
Scroll to the bottom to see your Marketing Opt In Settings
Toggle the opt in setting on (off by default)
Confirm you want to automatically opt in users
