This article is only relevant for brands that operate with more than one location.
When users first register with your brand they are assigned a home club. This will be the location that they registered or purchased at first.
Users are not able to purchase or book services at another location presently without first being assigned to that location.
To switch a user home club:
Go to the member's profile (e.g. by searching for them).
Select the profile tab.
Scroll down to Other Settings and click edit
Change the home club and click Save
Please note you cannot switch a user's home club if they have active memberships or credit packs. These must be cancelled before switching.
When switching if you are using different payment processing accounts at the other location the user's payment information will no longer be available at the new location.
