Andrew & Emily who own Cannon Beach Fitness introduced this to me as I signed up for my membership. This membership pause option was the most important detail for me in deciding to join. With a notification to him, he suspends my automatic payment for the specified month(s) then reactivates when I’m back in town. It’s a real game changer!

This would be a game changer for us. Pause fees have always been part of the way we operate and a decent source of revenue. Currently the team is cancelling m/ships to put onto a 'pause membership'. Not only is it an inconvenience, it essentially makes a lot of the reporting redundant. It also means those on freeze, still have access via Kisi.
