Send Push Notification

How to send a push notification to a single member or to many members at once from the Staff Portal.

You can send push notifications to members in two ways: individually from a member's profile, or in bulk to several members at once from the Users list. Both arrive in the member's Inbox and trigger a push notification, subject to the member's app preferences.

Send to multiple members

Note: Bulk sending is available to managers and owners only.

  1. Go to the Users page

  2. Apply any filters you need and Select All

  3. Press the Send Message button and compose your message

  4. Select Send.

Send to an individual member

Any staff member can send an individual message.

  1. Go to Users and open the member's profile (or use the actions menu next to the member).

  2. Press the Send Message button and compose your message

  3. Select Send

The member receives the message in their Inbox and a push notification on their device (if they have notifications enabled for that message type).
