You can find your complete user list in Gymflow on the Users page.
This is a full list of every user in the system that has ever been entered via any means. You can see a user count on the top left-hand side of the page.
Segmenting User List
You can use the filters availably on the user list to create segments of your user list that interest you. There is no limit to how many filters can be applied at once so you can continue to drill down as far as you need.
Bulk Emails
At any point you can select one or more (including selecting all) users and send a bulk email to the selected list of users by clicking "Email" on the top right side of the page, this button appears when a user or group of users is selected.
Emails send at a rate of approx 100 emails per minute so be sure to allow time for the process to complete if you are sending a large amount.
Download User List
A complete segment of your user list can be downloaded at any time from the "Download" button on the top right-hand side of the page.
User list downloads include additional information over and above what you can see in Gymflow, this includes fields like:
Date of birth
Membership Name
Membership Price
Lead Source
Lead Status
All downloads are in CSV format, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Numbers or a similar spreadsheet tool.
