Every time a new user creates an account, either by a staff member or when the user themselves creates an account, Gymflow collects information about the user.
Required Information
Every user is required to have at least a unique email address, first name and last name to be able to create an account.
By default we also request the users phone number but you can capture further information by toggling on other fields.
Email addresses must be unique, you cannot create two accounts with the same email address.
To Update Form Fields
Go to Settings > Forms
Turn on the fields that you want to collect and turn off those you don't need
Be aware that the more data you require on registration the lower the conversion rate will be. Most users sign up on their their phones and hate filling out long forms.
