Pre-paid memberships always have an expiry date and do not auto-renew, like recurring memberships. You can manually change the expiry date of a user's pre-paid membership or expire it immediately using the instructions below.
It's only possible for a member to have one active membership at a time. If you want to sell a new membership to a member who has a currently active pre-paid membership or trial, you can follow the steps below before selling them the new membership.
Expire a Pre-Paid Membership or Trial Immediately
To cause a pre-paid membership or trial to expire immediately:
Go to the member's profile (e.g. by searching for them).
Select the Membership tab.
Select the three dots next to Expiry Date or Trial Ends.
Select today's date and Confirm.
Update the Expiry Date for a Pre-Paid Membership or Trial
To change the expiry date for a pre-paid membership or trial:
Go to the member's profile (e.g. by searching for them).
Select the Membership tab.
Select the three dots next to Expiry Date or Trial Ends.
Select the dropdown menu to choose a date.
Select Confirm.
