Leads typically dont have accounts with Gymflow, they are just listed in your system so that you can follow up with them.
Users with accounts will have a user name and password and are able to sign into the members app and purchases or book.
When you hover over a lead in the pipeline you will see one of two buttons:
Setup Account, this means the lead does not have an account
View Profile, this means the lead already has an account
When you sell a lead something, an account is automatically created for the lead.

Setup an account for a lead
To setup an account for a lead manually:
Navigate to the Leads page
Hover of the lead you want to covert
Click Setup Account
Fill out any required fields and click Create
The user will then receive an email with instructions to create their password.
