Your customers can access your gym using the Gymflow Members app, while staff access the gym using the Kisi app.
In the below video I will walk you through creating an access group for your staff and how to share access with them.
Setup Access Group
Navigate to your organization dashboard, and click on Groups
Click on Add a group
Define the name for your group and click Add
Select the Doors tab and add the doors you want to grant access to.
Select the Permissions tab and set the restrictions you want on the group
Grant Staff Access
From the groups menu click on the Staff Access group
Scroll down and click on Share Access
Enter the email(s) of the staff you want to add and click Share
