Allow users who have booked appointments with facilities at your club to access the areas you designated using your Kisi Integration & Membership App.
Please Note: This feature is for clients that are utilising the Kisi for Access Control only. If you do not utilise Kisi for Access Control and you want to learn more just drop us a message at [email protected]
Before you begin:
Ensure you have at least one or more facilities available for appointment bookings
Ensure you have set your appointment types to allow booking with these facilities
How to setup appointment based access:
In Gymflow head to Settings and then Integrations
Click to "Update" or "Enable" your Kisi integration
Toggle on "Grant Access To Facilities"
Associate the facilities you want to grant access to with a Kisi Access Group and Save
From this point onwards any user that books appointments associated with these facilities will be able to access them from the member's mobile app up to 15 minutes before the appointment starts.
