Accessing the club with a booking

If you have booked an appointment with a club that supports mobile access for appointment bookings you will see the access option when tapping on your booking from the app home screen.

The time at which access becomes available before your appointment depends on how your club has configured their facilities — it could be at the booking start time, or up to 15 minutes before. If you are unsure, please check with your club.

Setup access for the first time

If you have never accessed the club with the members app before, you will need to grant some permissions to access the club. You can read how to setup access here
