Understand your scheduled billing report works.

To asses how much will be charged on your upcoming billing you can run a scheduled billing report.

To access the scheduled billing report head to Reports > Revenue.

By default your revenue reports page shows month to date, this means your scheduled billing report by default will show $0 as all billing in the month is already collected. You will need to select future dates to see scheduled billing.

To run the report:

  1. Head to Reports > Revenue

  2. Change the Date Range to a period in the future

  3. Click View Report on the Schedule Report summary

How the report is calculated:

The Scheduled Billing report is a sum of all invoices with a "Scheduled" status within the date range you specified. We remove any invoices for memberships that will be cancelled or paused before their payments are due for accuracy.

Important: Gymflow only schedules the next bill only in a users membership. This means you cannot look ahead more than 1 billing period. To learn more see memberships billing.

Other Information:

If you sell memberships with contract periods you will see the contract end date on this report. This can be used to understand any risk of drop offs when contracts end.

Sometime the amount may not be what you were expecting, be sure to check what promotional codes have been used as this will alter the price charged vs the standard price for the period specified on the report.
