In the below video I will walk you through setting your Doors and adding your Kisi Hardware your Kisi account. The hardware must be added and configured before you are able to test that your installation has been completed correctly.
Add Your Reader
Sign in to Kisi
On the sidebar, under Access Contol, select the Hardware tab.
On the Readers tab, click Add a reader.
Under Token, enter the token printed on your Kisi Reader (normally, you can find the token on the back of your reader).
Under Name, define a name that will help you identify this specific reader (for example, Front Door Reader)
Click Add
Once the reader has been added, click it and assign a door to it:
Add Your Controller
Sign in to Kisi
On the sidebar, under Access Contol, select the Hardware tab.
On the Controllers tab, click Add a controller.
Under Token, enter the controller token. For the Kisi Controller (the white box), the device token is located on a sticker inside the unit, typically on the circuit board. Or it could be located on the outside of the box it is shipped in.
Under Name, define a name that will help you identify this specific controller.
Click Add
