By default, all email messages in Gymflow are sent from no-reply@gymflow.io. It's highly recommended to update this to your club's email to ensure you capture replies and clear lines of communication.
How to change your clubs email adrress:
Step 1: Request Custom Email Setup
Drop us a line in the support chat or to support@gymflow.io letting us know what email address you would like to use for your account.
To send emails from your own domain through Gymflow, you must complete Domain Verification. This process proves you own the domain and tells email providers (like Gmail and Outlook) that Gymflow is authorized to send mail on your behalf.
Our team will send you back some records that need to be added to your domain first to verify you are the owner of the domain before we can add your email.
Step 2: Add CNAME Records
Please add the CNAME records provided by our team to your domain’s DNS settings. This is usually found in your domain registrar's dashboard under "DNS Management" or "Manage Settings."
If you are unsure how to complete this, please let us know who your domain provider is, e.g Squarespace, GoDaddy, etc, and we will send you instructions. Here are the links for the two main providers:
Step 3: Notify Us
After updating the DNS records, please let us know, and we will be able to confirm within 24 hours if it has been successful and if so.
✅ If you updated the DNS records successfully, we will change your club’s email and will let you know.
❌If it wasn’t successful, you would need to troubleshoot it.
How to troubleshoot
The most common reason verfication will fail is that is your provider added the domain name at the end of the name records already.
The records we send you already contain the domain name at the end:

Many domain providers (like Squarespace and Wix) automatically append your domain name to the end of any record you enter. If you paste the full Name we provide, you end up with a "double domain" (e.g., ..._domainkey.gymflow.io.gymflow.io), which causes the verification to fail.
The Fix: If your provider does this, remove the domain name from the end of the Name field when you paste it into your settings.
