Disable or enable a product

Clean up your product list by disabling products you no longer need.

When you no longer want to offer a product for sale, you can simply disable it. This will hide this from the list of available products to buy for both users and staff processing sales.

This makes it easier to manage your products by hiding the ones you don't need anymore.

Disabling can be undone by re-enabling the product at any time.

Disable a product

To disable a product:

  1. Go to Settings > Products.

  2. Find the appropriate product and select Disable and confirm.

Enable a product

If you've previously disabled a product, you can re-enable it like so:

  1. Go to Settings > Products.

  2. Select the Show Disabled checkbox (in the top right).

  3. Find the appropriate product and select Enable and confirm.
