Understand The Quick Purchase Flow For Bookings

Ensure that clients can quickly top up packages to complete bookings, maximising sales.

Booking works much like buying:

  1. The member picks a class or appointment.

  2. They sign in or sign up.

  3. They confirm the booking and the credits are used.

They need enough credits to book, even to join a waitlist. If they don't have enough, they can buy a pack without leaving the booking.

Always have packs available online for every class and appointment you offer.

How The Quick Purchase Flow Works

If the member doesn't have enough credits and there's no pay-as-you-go price:

  1. Before confirming, they click to buy credits.

  2. They choose from the packs that cover that class.

  3. They click Go to Checkout and confirm payment.

  4. They return to confirm the booking.
