Learn how to grant Kisi access for bookings

You can automatically give users access to your facilities for their booking time.

When your user has a booking, access will automatically be granted 15 minutes before their booking start time.

All you need to do is choose what access group you want to assign to that facility for it’s bookings. When the user has a booking, they will get access based on the access group for that facility.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Facilities in Gymflow

  2. Create a new Facility or edit and existing one

  3. Select the group from the access dropdown

  4. Save the changes

Remember to set up your Access Groups in Kisi first, so you can select what type of access each booking has.
