It's important to manage you class attendance so you have accurate performance reporting of your classes and to ensure the right charges are applied.
You can change a users booking status at anytime to reflect their booking state for any class.
Booking Statuses
User who have made a book will have one on of the following booking status for the class they booked.
Attended: They have been checked into the class.
Booked: They are booked into the class but haven't been checked in yet.
Waitlist: They are on the waitlist and will be automatically be booked into the class if a spot becomes available.
Cancelled: They cancelled their booking within the allowed time frame.
Late Cancellation: They cancelled within the late cancellation window that has been configured in your gym's settings.
No Show: They were marked as a no show by a staff member for not showing up. They will be charged a no show fee if this has been configured in your gym's settings.
Managing Booking Status
To modify a users booking status you simple follow these steps.
Head to Calendar and click on the class you wish to manage
Find the participant you wish to change
Click the button for the status you wish to change them to
Only the available options will be presented to you e.g you cant cancel a booking if it's already been cancelled.
