Cancel, reschedule and record attendance for a booked apppointment.

Once you have booked your user in for the appointment you may need to manage the appointment. There are several actions you can take show below, if you are looking to understand appointment payments see, collecting appointment payments.

Reschedule An Appointment

To reschedule an appointment simply drag and drop the appointment to the next date and time and confirm the changes.

Or alternatively:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page

  2. Find the specific appointment on the calendar and click it

  3. Select More Options at the bottom

  4. Click the Reschedule option

  5. Change to the new date and time and click confirm

Cancel An Appointment

To cancel an appointment:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page

  2. Find the specific appointment on the calendar and click it

  3. Select More Options at the bottom

  4. Select the Cancel or Late Cancel option

When cancelling or late cancelling an appointment, if the appointment was already paid the system will ask you if you would like to issue a refund for any amounts paid or credits consumed.

Change Appointment Booking Status

To change the booking status of an appointment:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page

  2. Find the specific appointment on the calendar and click it

  3. Select More Options at the bottom

  4. Select the option that you need

Taking Appointment Notes

To add a note to an appointment:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page

  2. Find the specific appointment on the calendar and click it

  3. Select the Notes tab inside the appointment

  4. Write your note and then select Save

You can also upload files and documents with your note, edit and delete them later.
