When you setup your appointment types you have the option to have payment paid at the time of booking. We strongly recommend this step as it will reduce your administration and ensure funds are collected always.
If you dont require payment to be made to be made when booking, or staff are booking in clients directly then you will have unpaid appointments to manage.
Identify Unpaid Appointments
When viewing a the calendar, you can identify the payment status of an appointment by the colour of the dot in the top right of the appointment
Red = Unpaid
Green = Paid
Orange = Refunded
Collect Payment For An Appointment
To collect a payment for an appointment:
Navigate to the Calendar page
Click on the appointment to open it and click Checkout
Select between Card and Credits, depending on how you want the user to pay
Select Take Payment
Process a Refund for an Appointment
To refund a user for an appointment:
Navigate to the Calendar page
Click on the appointment to open it and click More Options
Click Refund
The refund will be processed according to how it was paid, if it was paid with package credits then the credits will be refunded, if it was paid with money than the funds will be refunded instead.
