Products are anything you sell that is not a membership or a credit pack. Products can be admin or membership set up fees. They can also be merchandise or food and drink.
Create a product
To create a new product, follow these steps:
Head to Settings > Products.
Select Add Product.
Enter the information and select Save.
The following fields are configurable:
Price: The total cost of the product to the member, inclusive of tax.
Wholesale Price: The price that you paid for the goods, sometimes called the cost price or purchase price.
Category: Used in reports to differentiate product revenue between different categories, such as food & beverage, apparel, club fees, etc.
App Purchases: If enabled, the product will be available for purchase in the members app.
Website Purchases: If enabled, the product will be available for purchase on website pages.
Track Stock Levels: Optionally track stock levels and see when you are
running low on products so you can place new orders.
Stock on Hand: Once depleted, the product will no longer be available for sale.
Edit a Product
To edit a product that's already been created:
Head to Settings > Products.
Select Edit for the product you want to change.
Enter the information and select Save.
