Create or edit a product

Products are anything you sell that isn't a membership or a credit pack, like merchandise, food and drink, or one-off fees.

Create a product

1. Go to Settings > Setup > Products.

2. Click + Product.

3. Fill in the details and click Create.

The following fields are configurable:

• Name: Each product name must be unique.

• Category: Groups product revenue in reports. Choose from Accessories, Apparel, Food & Beverage, Joining Fees, Other Club Fees or Wearables. These categories are fixed and can't be added to or renamed.

• Ex Tax Price, Inc Tax Price and Sales Tax Rate: Enter either price and the other is worked out from the tax rate.

• Wholesale Price (required): What you paid for the item, sometimes called the cost price.

• Members Price: Set a different price for members. See Members-Only Offerings.

• App Purchases: The product can be bought in the Members App. On by default.

• Website Purchases: The product can be bought on your website pages. On by default.

• Available For Members Only: Only members can buy the product. See Members-Only Offerings.

• Track Stock Levels: Turn on to track how many you have, then enter your Stock On Hand. When stock reaches zero, the product shows as out of stock and can't be bought. If you refund a product order and choose Return Stock, the items go back into stock. Keep as fulfilled leaves stock unchanged. See Refund a Payment.

Products are set up per club. If you have more than one club, create the product in each one.

Edit a Product

1. Go to Settings > Setup > Products.

2. Click the three dots next to the product and select Edit.

3. Make your changes and click Update.

You can also turn On Web and On App on or off directly from the product list.
