How you cancel your membership is determined by the business that you have purchased from and the terms that you agreed to when purchasing your membership.
Some businesses may enable in-app cancellations, if this has been enabled you can cancel your membership from the Gymflow Members App or your club's app.
Cancel Membership In the Gymflow Members App
Ensure you are signed into your account
Navigate to the Profile Tab and tap on Memberships
Tap Cancel Membership select your preferred date and save
Please note if you do not see the "Cancel Membership" option than this option has not been enabled for this business and you will need to contact the business to cancel.
