Create Your Facilities
Create spaces used for accepting bookings for classes or appointments.

What are facilities?
Facilities are any space where you plan on hosting a class or an appointment. This could be Spin takes place in the "Spin Studio" or perhaps a "Treatment Room" that you rent out by the hour.
Facilities can be split into smaller bookable spaces, so you can sell the whole thing or just a part of it.
Alternatively you can also create facilities outside of your club as meeting points for classes like "The Local Park", facilities are selected when creating a class and shown as the location of the class.
Create Your Facilities
To add a facility:
Go to Settings > Setup > Facilities and select Add Facility.
Give it at least a name, the description and category are currently not shown anywhere.
You must have at least one facility set up to create your calendar, if all your events happen in the same place you can just set up one space with your club's name.
Split Your Facilities Into Bookable Spaces
Once you’ve added a facility, you can break it down into sections, sections can then be broken down in sub-spaces. For example:
To split a facility:
Click the Divide Facility icon.
Create Sections. Each facility can have up to 10 sections.
If needed, Add Subsections. Each section can have up to 10 subsections.
If the whole facility is booked, none of its sections or sub-spaces can be booked for the same time slot. Likewise, if a section or sub-space is booked, the whole facility can’t be booked for that time slot.
