To share more information or give your leads offers or new actions to take when they submit their information with your business, it's possible to setup an automated response.
This is part of the notifications system you should familiarise yourself with.
To setup an automated email response:
Navigate to Marketing and to the Automations tab
Find the trigger for New Lead and ensure it's switched on
Click Edit to change the content
After finalising the content be sure to click Save
Lead's will only receive the email if they Opt In to receive email communication. This is line with best practices of only sending communication on the channels and for the content a user requests. This leads to higher engadgement rates of the content you do send.
