Sell Products on Your Website & Members App

Learn how to make products available for purchase on your website and in the members app, and how the buying experience works for guests and members.

Products can be sold through two customer-facing channels — your Gymflow website pages and the Members App. Each channel is configured separately, and you can enable one or both depending on how you want to sell.

Sell on Your Website

Step 1 — Enable the Products Page in Your Website Navigation

Add the Products page to your website's navigation menu so customers can find it:

  1. Go to Settings > Website > Page Menu

  2. Find the Products row and toggle it on.

  3. Click Save.

Step 2 — Enable Individual Products for Web

Each product must be individually enabled for web sales — they are not shown online by default.

  1. Go to Settings > Products.

  2. Find the product you want to sell online and click Edit.

  3. Toggle on On Web

  4. Click Save.

Repeat this for each product you want available on the web. Products with Website Purchases turned off stay hidden from the online shop but can still be sold by staff through the portal or staff app.

Step 3 — Share Your Products Page

Once your products are live, you can share the shop in a few ways — all found under Settings > Website:

  • Products Link — a direct URL you can add to your main website, link in bio, or share on social media.

  • Embed Code — embed the shop directly into a page on your existing website.

  • Website Navigation — if you enabled the Products toggle in Step 1, the shop is already accessible from your Gymflow website nav.

How the Web Buying Experience Works

  • No login wall for browsing — anyone can browse your catalogue and add items to their cart without signing in. Sign-in only appears at checkout, and the cart is preserved automatically.

  • Member pricing applied automatically — if you've set a member-only price on a product, the discounted price is applied the moment a member signs in at checkout. Non-members see the standard price.

  • Zero extra admin — purchases flow directly into the same invoices, payment methods, tax settings, and sales reports you already use.

Sell in the Members App

Step 1 — Enable the Shop Tab

The Members App has a Shop tab that lets members browse and purchase all available items — memberships, credit packs, products, and gift vouchers — in one place.

To enable it:

  1. Go to Settings > Members App > Navigation Bar.

  2. Toggle on Shop.

  3. Click Save.

The Shop tab surfaces everything that's available for purchase at your club — it's not limited to products. Memberships, credit packs, and gift vouchers all appear here too, as long as they are enabled and available online.

Step 2 — Enable Individual Products for the App

Just like the website, each product needs to be individually enabled for app purchases:

  1. Go to Settings > Products.

  2. Find the product and click Edit.

  3. Toggle on On App.

  4. Click Save.

The App Purchases and Website Purchases toggles are independent — you can make a product available on one channel, both, or neither.
