Create a Pre-Paid Membership
Create pre-paid memberships, sometimes known as paid-in-full or passes.

Gymflow includes powerful membership creation tools that allow you to customise memberships to suit the needs of your business. This guide covers essential pre-setup considerations, such as joining fees and class credits.
Pre-paid memberships bill once and expire at the end of the specified period, e.g a 1-day pass or a 6-month pass. Pre-paid memberships will not auto-renew and the user will need to buy another membership after the expiry date to continue to access the gym.

Create a Pre-Paid Membership
To start creating your pre-paid membership, navigate to Settings > Memberships and select the Pre-Paid tab. Here you can create a new membership by clicking + Pre-Paid.

Description: This is a customer-facing write-up about the membership. A great place to communicate sale offers or stand-out things about your membership or club.
Available Online: Make a membership Available Online if you want members to be able to buy it themselves in the app or on your website. If a membership is not available online, it can still be sold to members by staff.
Available For Members Only: Enabling this toggle restricts access to the membership, making it exclusive to members. Click here to find out more about members-only offerings.
Terms & Conditions: All memberships have terms and conditions that typically include the cancellation, refund and booking terms. You must upload a separate terms and conditions document file for every membership, even if you're re-using the same document across multiple memberships. Joining Fees & Inclusions
You can bundle any products or credit packs with your membership, for example, a credit pack with class credits. The price of any included credit packs is added to the total price of the prepaid membership.
Once a membership is sold, the joining fees and inclusions cannot be changed. To make any changes, you will need to create a new membership.
Period
The period is the length of time the membership will remain active. You can choose anything from 1 day to 3 years. Pre-paid memberships expire automatically on the last day of the period. The period can be reduced and extended later by any authorised staff member.
Fixed Date (Optional)
Sometimes you want a membership to start on a particular date, this is typically the case for challenges or courses. To set a fixed date set the date you want the memberships to start, the expiry date will be set based on the period of the membership e.g 6 weeks later.
Access (optional)
If you have enabled Gymflow's access control solution, you can assign this membership to a specific access group. This determines whether members with this membership can automatically unlock the gym doors.
