Why Use Launch Offers?
Launch offers let you start generating revenue and sign-ups before you've even opened your doors. A founding member deal or limited promo code gives your audience a reason to commit early rather than wait until you're open.
The key ingredient is urgency: a real deadline or a capped number of spots. Without it, "I'll sign up soon" rarely happens. Before you launch, make sure you have a warm audience ready — an email list, waitlist, or engaged following — otherwise there's no one to launch to.
Promo Codes vs. Low Price
Both approaches can work — it depends on your messaging:
Promo Codes: Create urgency and exclusivity (“Use code LAUNCH50 for 50% off your first month!”). Though it is an extra step for a lead to add the promo code to the right offer.
Low Price Offers: Simple and easy to communicate (“Join today for just $49/month”). Saves a checkout step and you can increase price for new members after the offer period is over.
Tip: Use “Trial” promo codes when you want to track conversions or run multiple campaigns. Promo codes used with the trial setting will show up in your lead pipeline.


Tiered Offers
Tiered pricing can help drive early momentum:
Tier 1 (Early Bird): Deepest discount for first 50 sign-ups.
Tier 2 (Mid-Phase): Slightly higher price for the next 100.
Tier 3 (Final Phase): Regular price before launch.
