If you want to re-activate a credit pack that has already expired, follow these steps:
Search for the user and navigate to the Credit Packs tab on their profile.
Switch to the Past tab to view expired credit packs.
Locate the credit pack you’d like to reactivate.
Click the action icon on the right-hand side of the pack.
In the modal that appears, select a new expiry date.
Confirm the change.
The reactivated credit pack will now appear in the Current tab.
Please note that you can only reactivate standalone credit packs. If the action button on the right-hand side of the pack is greyed out, it means this pack is part of a membership and cannot be reactivated.
