Reactivate an expired credit pack

Learn how to re-activate an expired credit pack.

If you want to re-activate a credit pack that has already expired, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the user and navigate to the Credit Packs tab on their profile.

  2. Switch to the Previous tab to view expired credit packs.

  3. Locate the credit pack you’d like to reactivate.

  4. Click the power icon on the right-hand side of the pack.

  5. In the Activate Credit Pack window, select a new expiry date.

  6. Select Confirm.

The reactivated credit pack will now appear in the Current tab.

Please note that you can only reactivate standalone credit packs. If a pack has no power icon, it is part of a membership and cannot be reactivated.
