Expire a credit pack

Expire a credit pack to remove it from use.

To expire a credit pack early to stop a user having access to use the pack just follow these steps.

  1. Search for the user and head to the Credit Packs tab of their profile

  2. Find the pack you want to expire, click the three dots next to it and select Expire

  3. Confirm the change and it will be expired immediately

Only active credit packs bought on their own can be expired from here. Credits that come with a membership show a Part of membership label and can only have their quantity adjusted.
