Sometimes you might want to change the price of a recurring membership for an individual member after it has been sold. This could be because the membership was sold at the wrong price or because you want to give a discount.
Change the Price of a User's Active Membership
To change the price of an active membership for a user:
Navigate to the member's profile (by searching for them in the search bar, for instance).
Select the Membership tab.
For the membership concerned, find the Billing information and select the three dots to the right of this.
Enter a new amount in the Membership Price field and select Confirm.
Any changes to the price will take effect on the next billing date and for all future recurring payments. (You can also change the billing date for most recurring memberships.)
