A membership inclusion is a credit pack or product that is included with the membership at no extra cost. Typically a membership inclusion would be a credit pack that is used to book classes and appointments.
Credit packs added as inclusions are reset every billing cycle. That means that if there is a monthly membership that includes 10 credit pack, every month the total number of available credits will be reset to 10.
Add a Membership Inclusion
To add or remove an inclusion to a membership:
Go to Settings > Memberships.
Either select the plus (+) to create a new membership or select Edit for an existing membership.
Select the Inclusions section in the form (or Joining Fees and Inclusions for pre-paid and trial memberships).
Search for the credit pack or product you want to add and select it. Alternatively, select Create to make a new credit pack or product right there.
Scroll down to the bottom of the form and choose Create or Update.
Remove a Membership Inclusion
To remove an inclusion from a membership:
Go to Settings > Memberships.
Select Edit for an existing membership.
Select the Inclusions section in the form (or Joining Fees and Inclusions for pre-paid and trial memberships).
Select Remove for the inclusion.
Select Update at the bottom of the form.
Memberships that haven't been sold yet can have their inclusions edited. Once a membership has been sold to one or more users, however, you won't be able to change the inclusions (although everything else is still editable).
