Get Started With a Card Terminal

Order a Stripe card terminal for your region, confirm with our team, and get it running at your front desk.

Gymflow card terminals are Stripe Reader S700 devices, ordered through us and registered to your club by our team. There is no technical setup on your side beyond plugging it in and connecting it to WiFi. Here is how to get one for your front desk.

1. Order the terminal for your region

Terminals are currently available for clubs in the US, UK and Australia. Use the checkout link for your region:

2. Confirm your order with our team

Once you have ordered, email support@gymflow.io to let us know. We will set up your club's terminal location on our side and reply with a tracking code so you can follow the delivery.

3. Plug in and connect to WiFi

When the terminal arrives:

  1. Plug it in and turn it on.

  2. Connect it to your club WiFi. The terminal needs a stable connection at the front desk to talk to Gymflow.

  3. Wait for updates to download, this is required on first start up.

4. Check it is ready

When you go to sell something, at the payment step, the Terminal tab will list your reader showing as Online. That is it, you are ready to take payments.

If the reader shows as Offline, check it is powered on and connected to WiFi.

Good to know

  • More than one desk? Order as many terminals as you need. Each one is registered to your club and you choose which terminal a sale goes to at checkout.

  • Terminals must be registered to your club by our team, which is why ordering goes through the links above.
