Custom charges
Create a custom charge and then charge this to a user and take payment.

Sometimes you want to charge a user a custom amount that is not covered by your existing collection of products, memberships and credit packs. It's possible to create a custom charge product to cover these cases.
Create a 'custom charge' product
To create a 'custom charge' product:
Go to Settings > Products > + Product.
Name the new product 'custom charge' (or similar).
Disable the Available Online toggle (so that users don't see the custom charge in the shop or on your website).
Set the price and then select Create.

Sell the custom charge to a user
Once you've created the product, sell it to the user from their profile to apply the charge:
Open the user's profile and click the Shop button in the top-right corner (on mobile, use the Sell Something button in the action menu).
Search for and select your custom charge product.
At the Checkout, edit the total amount due if you need to adjust the price for this charge.
Select or add a payment method and click Take Payment.
